Hi, we're OpenNotes! We've been researching and disseminating best practices for sharing clinical notes with patients since before it was cool (aka U.S. law).

Our team includes clinicians, social scientists, and patient advocates, working together to identify and disseminate best practices for sharing medical information with patients, families and care partners.

While we're based at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston (go RedSox!), our research collaborations span the globe.
