Women in Medicine® (WIM) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to closing the inequitable gender gap in healthcare. WIM offers continuing medical education and longitudinal leadership programming, opportunities for thought leadership, mentorship and sponsorship, community network building, and allyship programming for leaders in healthcare. WIM focuses on educating and empowering women in healthcare and allies to work towards implementing innovative strategies to eliminate the gap.
