About Neper ~ (translates) New City

I am Neper. Guardian and Keeper of an Ancient Scroll. It matters not how I got it. Only that I use it to change what the Eternals have done to our race. I will get the other scrolls. I have patience; then we shall see how this plays out. The Eternals will be no more.
